Fitness Programs

All programs are performed conveniently in the privacy of your home and/or workplace. Our in home personal trainers customize fitness programs and workout sessions to meet your individualized needs. Depending on your current level of fitness and comfort, your fitness program can incorporate any number of activities, such as warm-up and stretching, walking, low-impact aerobics and cardiovascular exercise, jogging and running, weight training and/or resistance training or even recreational, competitive and team sports. Our personal trainers can also design or supplement your training program with outdoors workouts. If you already have fitness equipment in your home, we can help give you the encouragement you need to get the dust off and get working with it again!

The individual package is designed to meet your specific needs.

Individual Package
You pick the session length ranging from 45 minutes to one hour and we tailor your program to meet your needs and wellness goals. Fitness at home was never this easy!

Weight Management
For those who are looking for the complete well rounded program, this is it! Choose from either an 8-week or 12-week program that involves personal training three times per week in addition to three or four consultations with a nutrition specialist.

The weight management program is designed for your specific needs.
Gather your friends, have fun and stay fit at the same time.

Friends Forever Package
The most popular program that we offer allows one, two, or three friends to join you for your 45 minute or one hour workout! Sweat together and save money together. This very affordable program makes working out economical... and fun!


This program is also very popular in the corporate setting!


Family fitness doesn't have to be difficult. The husband and wife program consists of two 45 minute sessions back to back. There is nothing more convenient than having your spouse home to take care of the kids while you take care of business.

Busy families need exercise too!

Golf training by a golf specialist! Whether you play golf for recreation or to compete, this golf program will increase your drive, improve your consistency and reduce the risk of injury. This one hour session is geared to not only improving your health but your golf game as well.

This assessment includes measuring systolic and diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate, percentage body fat with the use of skinfold calipers and/or body analyzer, finding your target heart rate, taking specific site measurements and a written analysis on your fitness level.
