Fitness Programs

I am interested in possibly purchasing some cardio equipment, free weights and getting a personal trainer. Can I get these from you or do I have to have a fitness room built?
What we provide to our clients is all their in home fitness needs. We can also sell individual pieces of equipment or accessories without actually designing a fitness room.
 

If I have a problem with the equipment I purchased who fixes it?
We have an optional preventative maintenance program. Repairs and maintenance of your equipment is available if need be. All of the equipment purchased is under manufacturer's warranty and if any problems should arise we will fix it.
 

Can you provide a fitness room for my home no matter how big or small?
No job is too big or small for us! We take into consideration the size of the room, your budget and fitness goals to lay out the design.
 

What if I want to convert a room in my house into a fitness room?
We offer our services to those who have an existing space, a room which will be renovated as well as new construction.
 

Do you have access to multiple residential and commercial vendors?
Yes, we provide the finest exercise equipment available for both residential and commercial grade. We supply, deliver and install equipment from many major manufacturers including, but not limited to Star Trac, Cybex, Nautilus, Quantum, Sci Fit, Schwinn, Stairmaster, Paramount, York, Legend and Diamondback. Yes we have access to the finest!
 

What if I already have a fitness room but don't know how to use the equipment properly. Can you help?
Absolutely! Call or email us and we'll be happy to work with you.
 

Can I upgrade my equipment with a trade-in?
It varies on the condition and age of the equipment being traded in. If there is no value to the piece of equipment being considered, we will remove your old equipment for you.
 

If I already have equipment and/or a fitness room can I just do personal training?
Absolutely! Home Fitness, Inc originally started solely as an in home personal training company and plan on offering this service for years to come.
 

I own another home outside of the area and/or state. Are you able to provide your fitness room design services?
Yes. Even though we currently only offer in home personal training in the Triangle area, we are able to design a fitness room anywhere in the United States.
 

Do you have training programs for children?
We offer both weight loss and sport specific programs for children of all ages. These children must have parental permission and a parent or guardian's signature before a program is to begin.
 

Do you offer personal training for more than one person?
We offer one-on-one personal training as well as small group training (up to four individuals at one time). This method of training makes working out fun and economical. This is also popular for the corporate setting.
 

Do you have a facility?
No, we bring the gym to you! We design fitness rooms, sell equipment and/or accessories and provide personal training inside the home and/or workplace.
